Now in its 34th year, the Tephra ICA Arts Festival (formerly titled the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival) will take place on May 17-18, 2025 at Reston Town Center. Over 200 contemporary artists and artisans from across the country will present original handmade artwork.
